At 4 pm 12th December, our school held a grand opening ceremony for 2007 students in the academic hall on the six floor. The university leaders, Lu Jie, Zhang Jinshun, Duan Zhitu and Zhang Mingzhu attended the ceremony. Dean Zhang gave an important speech, he later introduced our university and the situation in Zhangjiakou. He asked foreign students to put their ambitions on a new inspiring college life, to study hard and learn scientific and cultural knowledge, to grasp the human service expertise for social service.
